This film took more or less three years to make on a J/K Optical Printer just like this one.

this is the text from the clip:
......check it out, I was watching this show on...,on...huh, on moths, did I tell you this? yes you told me, tell me again, OK...but dude I don't think I finished......Huh you know how skunk spray in defense, moths,..........insects, also spray in defense, they squirt this stuff, against like bees and stuff and bats that eat them you know, yeah,, to throw off their scent they squirt this stuff...doctors have found this stuff that moths squirt to be a cure for a virus that we get, now what is a virus, I mean, have we proven what this is, we look at them under a microscope, I mean..., what if a virus is like... an evil spirit, I mean it could be, couldn't it? I mean we rationalize..death,we rationalize everything till it's concrete, a virus is bacteria, what is bacteria? we don't know what, we can't see inside this stuffs soul............. but then listen to this dude, I mean that's so random isn't it?, I mean stuff moths squirts cures, think of the potential that could be out there, what if we took mud, wiped it on......maple branch, huh, left it there out in the sun, scraped off the mud, stuck it in our noses, drank Mountain Dew and then snorted the mud, what, who knows, maybe that could do something, but would we find this out, do you know what I mean?...I mean it's so random, it's so coincidental, dude check this out........
The Optical Printing effect comes from a lost letter from Pat O'Neill that Dennis Couzin had lying around at his house in Evanston, the letter was a step by step recipe to make a complicated optical sandwich using several layers of hi-con superimposing, pos/neg combination, I tried it and after a YEAR of bad takes, I finally got some good ones, this section is one of them.
